DOCK 01ABOUT

One dispatch desk, every truck on the board

TruckSwing is a truck dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets. We find the freight, negotiate the rate and handle the broker calls. You drive and decide which loads you take.

DOCK 02STORY

Why a desk that knows the truck

A load that looks good on the board can be wrong for the truck under it. Reefer freight hangs on a setpoint and an appointment. Flatbed freight hangs on securement and whether the tarp is paid. On a 26 ft box, it is a liftgate, a dock and a delivery window. A dispatcher who books by rate alone sends the truck to the wrong freight.

So we built one desk that works 11 kinds of equipment and treats each on its own terms. That is the whole idea behind “dispatch that knows your truck”: the rate matters, and so do the dock, the permit, the trailer pool and the miles home.

You will notice our guide library leans toward box trucks. That is because box truck owners ask a lot of questions online that nobody answers well. The dispatch desk itself treats every truck below the same way.

DOCK 03THE DESK

How the desk runs your week

You work with a dispatcher who learns your truck, your lanes and when you need to be home. Call or apply, and a dispatcher picks up during desk hours.

  1. 01

    Loads

We search the major load boards and our direct broker and shipper contacts for freight that fits your truck, lanes and home time.

  2. 02

    Rates

We negotiate every load before we book it, against the floor you set with us. If a load pays under it, we ask you first.

  3. 03

    Calls

Broker calls, check calls and delivery confirmations go through us, so you can drive instead of answering the phone at every stop.

  4. 04

    Paper

We set up your carrier packets with brokers and keep rate confirmations in order. You get a weekly earnings report.

  5. 05

    Miles

We plan the next load before you unload the current one to keep deadhead short and the week moving toward home.

The setup, step by step: how dispatch works from application to first load. The fee for your truck: dispatch fees.

DOCK 05WHAT WE WON'T DO

What we will not do, at any fee

  • Force a load on you

You can turn down anything we find. Your truck, your call.

  • Charge a setup fee or a monthly minimum

There is none. The fee is a percentage of gross load revenue, so no haul means no pay.

  • Lock you into a long contract

It is month-to-month, cancel with 30 days notice.

  • Book a box truck under 26 ft

Box truck dispatch starts at 26 ft. We do not take smaller boxes onto the desk.

  • Make up proof

No invented reviews, earnings screenshots or promised weekly totals. If we show numbers, they are yours, a source's, or labeled EXAMPLE.

Questions first? Read the dispatch and factoring FAQ or contact the desk.

Tell us about your truck

The application takes about two minutes. A dispatcher calls you back to talk lanes, home time and your rate floor before anything is booked.
