Privacy policy

Dispatch application. Your truck type, box length if you run a box truck, number of trucks, whether the driver needs a CDL, whose authority you run under, your MC or DOT number and authority age, home base or lanes, your name, mobile phone, email, best time to call and anything you type in the notes box.

Factoring quote request. Monthly invoice volume, number of trucks, MC or DOT number, whether you factor now and with whom, what matters most to you, your name, phone and email.

Contact form. Your name, phone and message.

Technical details. When you send a form we also record the page you sent it from, the page that referred you, any campaign tags in the link you arrived on (UTM tags), your device type, the time, and your IP address. We use the IP address to stop spam and abuse.

To call, text or email you back about the dispatch service or factoring quote you asked about, to look up your authority in public FMCSA records, and to keep spam out of our forms.

We contact you only after you check the consent box on a form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see opting out).

Factoring requests go to RTS, the factoring company we refer carriers to, so they can prepare your quote. Dispatch applications and contact messages are not sent to them.

Service providers that run parts of this website for us: our email delivery provider (Resend) sends the form alerts and confirmation emails, Cloudflare delivers the website and runs the spam check on our forms (Turnstile), and our hosting provider stores the site. If we keep leads in an internal tool such as a spreadsheet or CRM, it is used by our team only.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with brokers, other carriers or advertisers.

Campaign cookie. If you arrive through a link with campaign tags, we store those tags and your landing page in a first-party cookie for 30 days, so we know which page or campaign brought your form in.

Form autosave. While you fill in a form, your answers are saved in your browser's session storage so a refresh does not wipe them. It stays on your device and is cleared when you send the form or close the tab.

Spam check. Cloudflare Turnstile may run a short check in your browser on our form pages.

Analytics. We measure visits and form steps with a privacy-focused analytics tool. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. If that changes, this page will say so before it happens.

We keep form details for as long as we need them to answer you and, if you become a customer, to run our work together. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless a law requires us to keep a record.

Reply STOP to any text from us to stop texts. Use the unsubscribe line in any marketing email, or tell us on a call that you do not want more calls.

To see, correct or delete what we have about you, or use our contact page. Depending on your state you may have more rights over your data; we will honor them.

The site runs over HTTPS. Form details travel encrypted to our server and on to our email provider. No system is perfectly secure, so we collect only what we need to call you back.

This website is for trucking businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
