DOCK 01BOTH
Dispatch and factoring services: loads booked by us, invoices paid fast
Carriers juggle two separate problems: finding good loads, and waiting 30 days to get paid for them. Our desk handles the first. RTS, our factoring partner, handles the second. Apply once, tick the factoring box if you want a quote, and use one service or both.
We refer carriers to RTS and may be paid for referrals.

DOCK 03TOGETHER
How the two work together
- Your NOA goes in every broker packet
- When we set you up with a broker, your Notice of Assignment goes in the packet, so payment goes to your factor from the first load.
- Broker credit before booking
- RTS says it offers broker credit checks to see who pays and who does not. Checking a broker before booking means a load does not turn into an invoice the factor will not buy.
- Clean paperwork from the start
- We send you the rate con for every load we book. A matching rate con and a signed BOL are what get advances paid without questions.
- You stay in control of both
- You approve every load we find. Your factoring agreement is between you and the factor, and you can use either service without the other.
Uploading the BOL and invoice to the factor is done in the factor's app, usually by you or your driver from the cab. Tell us on your first call if you want help with it, and we will tell you what we can do.
DOCK 04PRICING
How dispatch and factoring fees work together
- 7%
- MC under 6 months, or a single box truck or hotshot
- 5%
- A single truck of any other equipment
- 4%
- 2 or more trucks (limited-time rate)
The factoring fee is separate and set by RTS in your quote; final rates are set after RTS reviews your business (underwriting). Published industry fees commonly run 1.5% to 4% of each invoice.

ONE LOAD, BOTH FEES
Two separate fees, on the same invoice. Our dispatch fee is on the gross; the factoring fee is the factor's charge for paying early.
What happens after you apply for dispatch and factoring services
1
Your application
About 2 minutes. On the last step, tick the box for a factoring quote.
2
Our call
A dispatcher calls about your truck, lanes, home time and lowest rate, and explains your dispatch fee.
3
RTS contacts you
We pass your factoring request to RTS, which sends its quote and terms directly to you.
4
You decide
Sign the dispatch agreement, the factoring agreement, both or neither. Each stands on its own.
5
First load
Your NOA goes in the broker packets, we book a load you approve, and you upload the paperwork after delivery.
Factoring companies for dispatchers: why the pairing matters
A dispatcher never factors invoices itself; the carrier does, because the invoice is the carrier's. What a dispatcher can do is make factoring work smoothly: book loads with brokers the factor will approve, put the right Notice of Assignment in every packet, and make sure every rate con matches what the carrier invoices.
That is why carriers ask whether a dispatcher works with factoring companies. Ours does, with our partner or with whichever factor you already use. The only thing we need from you is the factor's name and its NOA.
Who the combination fits
- New MCs who need loads and cannot wait 30 days for the first payment
- Owner operators doing their own dispatch at night and floating fuel on a card
- Small fleets where payroll comes before broker payments
If you already have a factor you like, keep it. Our dispatch works with any factoring company; you only need to tell us who it is so the right NOA goes in the packets.
DOCK 05FAQ
Q-01Can my dispatcher handle factoring paperwork?
We handle the broker side: your Notice of Assignment goes in every carrier packet, and you get the rate confirmation for every load we book. The upload of the signed BOL and invoice to the factor is usually done by you in the factor's app. If you want help with it, ask on your first call.
Q-02Do I have to factor to use your dispatch?
No. Factoring is optional. You can use our dispatch with no factoring, with your current factoring company, or with our partner. If you factor, tell us which company, so your Notice of Assignment goes to every broker we book with.
Q-03How do dispatch and factoring fees work together?
They are separate. Our dispatch fee is 4%, 5% or 7% of the gross on loads you haul, set by the fee matrix. The factoring fee is the factor's charge per invoice, set in its quote. Both are calculated on the same invoice, so add them when you work out what a load leaves you.
Q-04Who sends the invoice to the factor?
Usually the carrier, through the factor's app or portal, with the rate con and signed BOL attached. Some factors create the invoice for you from those documents. Some carriers have their dispatcher help; ask us on the first call what we can take on for you.
One application. Loads and fast pay.
About 2 minutes. Tick the factoring box on the last step if you want a quote too.
We refer carriers to RTS and may be paid for referrals. Rates and terms come from the factoring company, not from us.
